Information You Submit
Entries made in a search form, such as a name, phone number, or address, pass to the outside provider that supplies the results. We do not save a separate copy of those searches on our servers. A direct message to us contains only the details the sender chooses to provide, and we use them to answer that message.
Information Collected Automatically
Normal hosting logs may record an IP address, browser type, requested pages, and time of access. We review combined traffic data to maintain the service and see which resources are useful. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and, where used, advertising measurement.
How We Use Information
Collected data supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and content improvements. We neither sell a visitor list nor create individual visitor profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to government portals, Orange County and California offices, library collections, and outside search services. Information sent to any linked service follows that service's policy. The same applies to sponsored results, which an independent provider supplies.
Parties That May Receive Data
Hosting and support vendors process logs for us. Analytics or advertising providers may receive the automatic data already described. We may disclose information in response to valid legal process, but we do not otherwise distribute visitor data.
Safeguarding Information
An encrypted connection serves the site, and logs are kept only as long as needed for the stated purposes. Because there are no user accounts, we hold no account password or member profile.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
California Privacy Choices
The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, may provide eligible consumers rights to know, correct, delete, or limit certain uses of personal information held by covered businesses. Because we retain little data, a request usually involves our contact mailbox or server logs. Use the Contact page to submit one. Public records held by Seal Beach, Orange County, or California agencies remain under each custodian's control, so correction or removal requests for those records must go to that office.
Policy Revisions
Any revised policy will appear here. Using the site after a revision takes effect signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
